Your mission

We are now seeking an experienced chief revenue officer/ sales director to lead the development and execution of an ambitious growth strategy focused on the US market initially and then expanding globally. 

As an ideal candidate, you will have an intimate understanding of the wider healthcare/ wellness markets and experience with enterprise sales in the healthcare or wellness sectors. You will use insights to expand our business to new customer segments and partnerships and deliver against an aggressive growth roadmap with a focus on strategic planning, product development, marketing, branding, and partnerships.

You’ll be confident and autonomous and thrive in a fast-paced, fast growing startup environment. Additionally, you’ll display a proven ability to develop and maintain an environment of trust, diversity, and inclusion within your team. 

Your ultimate responsibility is to close deals. That means define and execute an ambitious growth strategy and diversify our customer base across different markets.

Your focus

  • Managing and coordinating all company’s activities that generate revenue
  • Define, test and continuously optimize Hyfe’s sales strategy and tactics
  • Define Hyfe’s most suitable markets and market segments
  • Iterate pricing structures and optimize Hyfe’s offering to each market segment
  • Identify market-specific value propositions and help integrate them into product offering
  • Build and optimize conversion funnels across all relevant markets 
  • Open and manage sales channels and partnerships
  • Monitor the market and continuously analyze and identify opportunities
  • Stay well-connected with customers to ensure broad market needs are being incorporated into product development and enhancement cycles
  • Align product management, marketing with pricing strategies and business models
  • Build, grow and manage sales teams, maintain sales operations as needed
  • Outline and manage growth budgets
  • Review customer activity, anticipate consumer needs and improve customer satisfaction
