Back in early 2017, Luisa had the opportunity to work for a small tech company in Miami and it was love at first sight! She was captivated by the company's structure and ethos, and over the years, she became an integral part of the team. However, everything changed when the company was acquired, and Luisa found herself searching for a new adventure.

That's when she stumbled upon Hyfe, a tech company with a mission and purpose that resonated deeply with her. From the get-go, Luisa has been a crucial part of the daily operations at Hyfe. She's the go-to person for everything from payroll and compliance training to financial reporting and operations. With her passion for making an impact, Luisa is driven to ensure that Hyfe is not just successful but also an inclusive workplace that embraces diversity.

As a Latina in tech, Luisa understands the challenges of being a minority in the workplace, and that's why she's so committed to fostering inclusivity and empowering everyone to be their best selves. Despite previously being based out of Miami, Florida, Luisa has since relocated to a small town in South Carolina, where she continues to make a significant contribution to Hyfe's success.
