I have ~15 years experience in operations, strategy, business development & investment, with particular expertise in launching and growing sustainable / purpose-driven businesses as both an entrepreneur and within larger organisations.

Most recently I co-founded  Onloan, a pioneering fashion/tech company.  As CEO,  I built the business from zero to 500 monthly subscribers (during a pandemic). I began my career at Bain, consulting for private equity firms & FTSE100 companies, I've supported ~25 companies to raise capital at a top impact investment bank, and I've been an Acumen Global Fellow based in Uganda.
